Tax Filing Tips & Updates for 2022

We offer several options for filing your 2022 tax return. Read this post to determine which options works best for you.

Appointments: Call our office to schedule your in-office tax appointment.

Drop-Off Service & Online Portal: Use our drop-off service or the secure online portal to provide us with your tax information and Tax Data Sheet. You can also mail in your tax information.

Filing Extensions: You should plan to have an extension filed for your return if any of your data is received by our office after March 15.  The extension will extend the time to file your return until October 15, 2023, but does not extend the time to pay.  Any interest or penalties assessed because of an underpayment are the responsibility of the taxpayer.   Most returns on extension will be filed by June 15, 2023 and we will have appointment availability after April 18.

Electronic Filing: All returns are filed electronically. The IRS usually has a two-week turnaround time.  Even if you have a balance due, your return can be filed electronically.  Payment is not due until April 18, 2023.

New Clients and Referrals: All new clients will receive $30 off their tax preparation service. If you refer someone to our office, you will also receive $30 as a thank you for recommending our services.
